Sam Heughan Isolation Challenge

Earlier this week, the star took to Instagram to challenge his followers to his new and FREE fitness program – available on his My Peak Challenge charity website.

He urges everyone to try to stay fit and healthy during this time by “establish[ing] healthy habits and maintain[ing] an active lifestyle.”

Repost from @samheughan • Hi everyone, I hope you all are doing well through these unusual times. I’d like to thank EVERY healthcare worker, everyone helping to keep us safe. But don’t worry if you’re apprehensive about singing up as the star promises there are exercises to suit everyone! He says they’re “accessible and easy” and will include “daily exercises and yoga sessions” for an entire month.

The Scottish star also gives thanks to the amazing NHS workers during this time. He said:

“I’d like to thank EVERY healthcare worker, everyone helping to keep us safe.”

Similar to No.1‘s outlook, the Bloodshoot movie star also urges everyone to “be kind to each other, look out for the whole world and support each other the best way we can.”

We could not agree more Sam!
