Hurray! The pictures of Meghan and Harry’s new baby boy have arrived and we finally have a name! Welcome to the world Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor.
Harry and Meghan have confirmed through their Instagram account that their little bundle of joy arrived in the early hours of the Monday 6th May 2019.

We are pleased to announce that Their Royal Highnesses The Duke and Duchess of Sussex welcomed their firstborn child in the early morning on May 6th, 2019. Their Royal Highnesses’ son weighs 7lbs. 3oz. The Duchess and baby are both healthy and well, and the couple thank members of the public for their shared excitement and support during this very special time in their lives. More details will be shared in the forthcoming days.
The latest addition to the Royal family weighed in at 7lbs 3oz and is the Queen’s eighth great child.
Harry and Meghan appeared at Windsor Castle to show off their new arrival to the world with Meghan saying, “It’s magic, it’s pretty amazing. I have the two best guys in the world so I’m really happy.”
The couple laughed as Meghan commented that the baby has the “sweetest temperament” and is “really calm” with Harry chipping in “I don’t know where he gets that from!”
“His looks are changing every day,” said Harry when asked who the baby boy looks most like. “We’re just so thrilled to have our own little bundle of joy and be able to spend some precious times with him as he slowly starts to grow up.”
