Cheryl has never been afraid of getting new ink – the Fight For This Love star is rumoured to have at least 14 tattoos.
And none shocked us more than her gigantic rose tattoo that covers her entire lower back and bum.
But she has gone and done it again.
At Cannes the former X-Factor judge unveiled her latest inking – a cleavage tattoo.
The 32-year-old star stepped out with new boyfriend Liam Payne at the festival and showed off her new tat in a plunging jumpsuit.
Beady-eyed Twitter fans were quick to explain the meaning of her new tattoo. It’s thought that the design on her chest is the Buddhist symbol Unalom, which represents reaching for enlightenment.
It was only last month that Cheryl showed off a new ‘baby ink’ – a black heart on the tip of her finger.
And back in 2014 Cheryl broke the Internet when she revealed a red, black and green rose design that covered her whole bum.
She even teased that one-day the inking may cover her back entirely.
‘If it was up to me — and I could be brave for one day — I would have my whole back done,’ said the singer last year.
‘My friends say, ‘Cheryl, please, you might regret it’, but to me, it’s art.’
When asked why she went through with painful and large design, she revealed: ‘After I had malaria I created a ‘****-it list’ because life’s too short and the tattoo was on the list.’
The star admitted it cost the same as ‘a small car’ and reportedly spent 15 hours in the chair with US celebrity tattoo artist Nikko Hurtado to perfect the tattoo. The artist is rumoured to charge £250 an hour putting the total cost at £3,750 for his work.
Other designs on the star include a tribal etching along the side of her right hand, a now-removed inking reading ‘Mrs C’ following her marriage to Ashley Cole and barbed wire around her thigh.
