monogrammed adornments are surely for the uber rich- or royalty, both of whom lost all sense of dignity and reality along with their inheritance tax. and as for Mr Jacobs, I am unsure which clan he belongs to ? but he needs to learn that below the knee hemlines makes it a skirt! no matter what side of Hadrians wall you grew up.
