But while the contestants are no doubt thrilled that they will get to take the stage with their idols, it seems that viewers are less than thrilled with the news.

In previous years megastars including Beyonce and Rihanna have dueted with the likes of Alexandra Burke and Matt Cardle. Now though it seems boss Simon Cowell has given up on the UK show completely, and won’t be bothering to pull out any stops at the show’s final.
