Sarah Turns Tragedy Into Music!

Sarah Harding has turned her recent hard times into a positive as she’s using her troubles to write material for her new solo album.

The singer is just out of rehab after having problems with alcohol and depression, but it wasn’t long before things went wrong for the star again as she had a fight with ex-flame Theo De Vries.

But the ‘Girls Aloud’ star came out fighting, and got a new tattoo which reads ‘Don’t be bitter – Glitter.’

And now it seems she’s channelling her relationship break downs into her music, reportedly penning lots of new music.
