Russell won't be charged

You may remember a few weeks ago us talking about Russell Brand and how he had been arrested following an incident with a paparazzi at an airport? Well thankfully it looks like Russell can just look forward to his upcoming wedding without having a legal cloud over his head.

Russell and Katy had been at the airport when a pap allegedly tried to force his camera up Katy's skirt to get a crude shot.

Russell then smacked him one and, like a scene out of a movie, another pap detained Russell under a citizen's arrest.

Now it has been confirmed that Russell won't face charges after all.
