Rihanna will face Chris in court today

Over four months since the violent attack on Rihanna, the singer now has to face her 'alleged' attacker in court - something that she had been hoping to avoid.

Ex-boyfriend Chris Brown had managed to have his trial delayed and was keen to have it delayed further, but he was denied. Now his preliminary hearing will take place in an LA court today.

Rihanna's testimony will be a vital element in the trial as Chris brown has so far denied the charges.
