Do they expect us to buy it?

Well, well, well. What have we here? It's been a few days since Pete confirmed that he and Elen have split and already the 'are they/aren't they back together' teasing has begun - but we just don't care! It's too transparent guys - we know the game very well at this point - but perhaps you think we're being too cynical?

Let us fill you in on the latest and you can make up your own mind.

So, earlier this week Peter Andre writes in his column: "I am sad to have to confirm that the rumours that I have split with Elen Rivas are true. But the fact is I just didn’t get the chance to see her in the end. It’s not fair for me to ask her to put up with me being on the road for weeks at a time."

Then, a couple of days later he takes to Twitter and writes: "Just meeting up with Elen for a quick coffee then back home. J and T day today. Excitidge*. Just good friends . CBs (coffee buddies)”

And guess where they decided to meet for coffee? Why, another Can Associates Client Danielle Brown (sister of Scary Spice) owns a coffee shop so why not meet there? And how convenient that photographers were there to capture the whole thing. Oh and don't get us started on the use of the word 'excitidge' (vomit).

So what do you think then - is this getting a bit desperate (the need for publicity)? Or, are we totally wrong and the whole thing was completely unplanned by their management team? Have your say...
