Prostitute's parents apologise

So far this story about Wayne and the prostitute has not been confirmed by the Rooney camp, but it hasn't been denied either. And now the prostitute who sold the story - Jennifer - has had to confess all to her disappointed parents.

It came out that Jennifer is actually Aberdeen-born and comes from a wealthy family and attended a pricey private school, yet her desire to be 'famous' or to hang out with footballers seems to have led her down a seedy path.

Her parents have now released a statement saying: "Following the various newspaper articles concerning our daughter Jennifer, we would like to offer our most sincere apologies to Coleen Rooney and her family. This may sound somewhat hollow, but my wife and I would never condone what has or may have happened. We had absolutely no idea about any of the allegations and claims that have been made. Jennifer is our daughter and we love her and we will deal with this matter as a family, not via the media."

Meanwhile Wayne has apparently told Coleen that he can assure her there are no other skeletons in his closet and that there are no other women likely to come forward.

Poor Coleen is said to be utterly devastated that her childhood sweetheart, who she has been with since way before he became a famous rich footballer, could betray her so badly whilst she was carrying their son.

To add to her despair her beloved 12-year-old sister, who suffers from Rett Syndrome, has suffered a stroke and is said to be in bad shape.

Let's hope things start looking up for Coleen soon.
