Marianne Faithfull slams Kate Moss

Marianne Faithfull, hailed as a 60s style icon, has claimed ex-pal Kate Moss stole her style and referred to her as a "vampire".

The pair used to be very close and part of the infamous cool gang of the London music and fashion scene – but now their friendship seems to have cooled significantly, with Marianne saying, "She's not really my friend. I thought she was, but she's very clever."

Marianne, who famously dated Mick Jagger back in the day compares Kate's relationship with The Kills frontman to that steamy love affair, "Now I see pictures of her with a boy who looks like Mick Jagger, and her looking like me. So there was a reason. It's one of her gigs to do me."

The 62-year-old finished her point by insinuating that she was used by Miss Moss, "She wanted to read me like a Braille book. And she did. It's a vampirical thing."
