Madonna has been criticised in recent months for her puffy face, with many wondering if the star has been hitting the Botox. Now though, it seems her hands are the focus of Madonna’s concern as she’s been covering them up at every opportunity!

The icon has made the move to behind the camera, making her debut as a director in her new film 'W.E.'

But she made a bizarre choice of outfit at the film's premiere, accessorizing her black dress with red gloves to cover her hands.

It’s well known that the hands are the one part of the body where celebs can’t just hide their age with surgery, so are telltale signs beginning to show on the 53-year-old's hands?
