Lost star accused: sexual harrassment

Scottish Lost Star Henry Ian Cusick was named recently as the accused in a sexual harassment law suit brought against him by a Lost crew member.

The defendant claims that Henry's behaviour towards her was unacceptable in October 2007. She reported it at the time to her supervisor who reportedly told her just to avoid the actor.

She was then allegedly fired 12 days later.

Henry, who plays Desmond on the hit show is yet to comment.

But the woman filing the charges is looking for significant damages according to sources.
