Pre-jail surgery, how vain!

Lindsay Lohan is now in jail serving her 90 day sentence though it looks like she will only be required to stay in for 14 days of it. But that's not the part of the jail story that is getting the most buzz, instead the showbiz world were shocked by how Lindsay looked when she headed to the slammer.

There was definitely something different going on with her face and now LA plastic surgeons are stepping forward to put their two cents in about what she may have had done.

Dermatologist Dr. Kenneth Beer says, "She has had injections of a filler such as Restylane or Juvederm. To me, it looks like about 1 to 2 syringes of product were used on her upper and lower lips… it will last for about 6 to 8 months." He also believe she "had some Botox [injected into] her forehead and frown lines."

Sources say she also had her hair freshly dyed and had false eyelashes applied.

All this just to go to jail?

Well, apparently Lindsay thought about the mugshot she would have as she began her sentence and how many times it would be shown all over the world and so wanted to look good in it.

And here's us thinking she was trying to win the title of 'hottest inmate'.

All of the primping and preening was cut short when she actually entered the facility however. Sources say that her hair extensions were immediately removed as were her false lashes.

She was then given the standard orange jumpsuit and a very basic set of toiletries.

Bet she was none to pleased about that!
