Drinking on house arrest?

Just days after doing a spread in a magazine about how seriously she was taking her house arrest and her sobriety, sources across the pond report that Lindsay Lohan has tested positive for alcohol.

The actress was put under a 35 day house arrest for violating her parole (again!) and instead of keeping her head down she's been pictured numerous times laughing on the roof terrace of her rented $2.5 million home generally looking like she was having a whale of a time.

In the interview she allowed photographers in to take shots of her home, shots that showed she had numerous life size naked portraits of herself dotted around her house. In the accompanying interview she made such statements as, "When my friends come over, they're not drinking. Alcohol is not in my house, so it's just not part of my life." When talking about the parties that the paps have got shots of her having on her roof terrace. In the shots there are visible beer bottles and wine glasses lying about.

Lindsay also said, "I do understand that I need to gain some of the respect back, but I'm willing to work hard for that. I understand the situations I've put myself in, and I don't want to go back to that."

But since it's been reported that she has tested positive for alcohol twice during her on-going house arrest - it looks like she is totally going back to 'that'.

A hearing is scheduled for this morning in LA and it looks like she'll be sent straight to jail without passing go.
