Lindsay's dropping the Lohan

It's been said in the past that Lindsay Lohan is a little delusional, case in point: how nothing is ever her fault, she's always being 'set up' by the 'haters' and let's not forget that time her alcohol monitoring anklet went off at the MTV awards and she claimed that she hadn't been drinking, instead someone must have spilled a drink on her leg. Yeah right.

So perhaps it shouldn't come as a surprise that she now considers herself to be in the 'one name' category - a category that is currently filled with the Beyonce's, Madonna's and Rihanna's of the world.

Lindsay's mum Dina Lohan says, "Lindsay is dropping the Lohan and just going by Lindsay. Plus, me and Ali [Lindsay's little sister] will be officially changing our last names back to my maiden name, Sullivan."

A 'family source' then added, "So many of the greatest people in showbiz are known by just their first name. Look at Oprah and Beyonce. Now you can add Lindsay to that list. And it’s a way for them all to start over. No one in the family want anything to do with Lindsay’s father [Michael Lohan] anymore and that includes sharing a last name.”

Yes because with a pending court case, that looks very likely to end in a jail term, worrying about changing your name is the most important thing in the world!
