Lindsay Lohan sues rapper

After being on the wrong side of the law for the last few years Lindsay Lohan has suddenly got on her high horse and is now taking someone else to court, this time over a pop song that she finds offensive.

In the hit song 'Give Me Everything' featuring Neyo and Pitbull, the latter raps the line 'I've got it locked up Like Lindsay Lohan'.

Lindsay, instead of being happy that she's still relevant enough to be mentioned in a pop song, has not taken the dig very well at all.

So the actress is suing Pitbull for, 'Using her name without permission' because it 'was a breach of civil rights.'

She wants a court order that stops the song from being played and in the lawsuit she is described as, 'A professional actor of good repute and standing'.

Ha! Yes she has a great reputation in the industry doesn't she?
