Lindsay in and out of jail again

Just when we started believing that Lindsay was serious about turning it all around she went and failed two court-ordered drugs tests, but to be fair she did then come forward and admit her mistake. She even said that she was willing to take responsibility for her actions.

Well the responsibility was supposed to be 30 days in jail but she served just 15 hours behind bars due to overcrowding.

However she didn't get off totally Scott free. She had to pay $300,000 bail, be re-fitted with the alcohol monitoring ankle bracelet, is obviously not allowed to drink or do drugs, is not allowed to visit bars or nightclubs and can be searched by the police at any time.

So we wonder if these new more stringent things that have been put in place will be what forces her onto the straight and narrow now. What do you think?
