Lindsay fails drugs test

What on earth... is this a cry for help or something because if not then this is truly silly. Part of Lindsay Lohan's parole is having regular drugs tests and if one of them comes back positive for drugs then an automatic 30 day jail sentence is given.

Well it has now transpired that Lindsay has failed not one but two of the court-ordered drugs tests. One came back positive for cocaine and it is not yet clear what showed up on the second test.

Instead of denying she has a problem which is her usual stand point, Lindsay has actually come forward and admitted that she is still using drugs.

She says, "I am taking responsibility for my actions. Regretably, I did, in fact, fail my most recent drug test. Substance abuse is a disease which unfortunately doesn’t go away overnight. I am working hard to overcome it and am taking positive steps forward every day. I am testing every single day and doing what I must do to prevent any mishaps in the future. This was certainly a setback for me but I am taking responsibility for my actions and I’m prepared to face the consequences."

It now looks as though Lindsay will be returned to jail imminently.
