Enemies on X Factor panel?

Another day another X Factor rumour. This time it's not about Cheryl and the never ending, not to mention frankly boring, will she/won't she be a judge on the US version, oh no, this time it's about the UK show.

There are rumours doing the rounds that Lily Allen is in the frame to be a judge on the next season. But wait... who would she replace? Is Dannii not coming back? Is Cheryl going to leave? Will there be five judges instead?

Who knows that goes on inside the mind of Simon Cowell other than that he wants another mouthy brunette on the panel.

Cheryl and Lily have quite the history of sniping at each other, for example Cheryl publicly called Lily a 'chick with a d**k.' Charming.

And the feud isn't the only thing that could cause problems were Lily to become part of the show - the fact that she's slagged it off numerous times before probably won't help matters.

In fact last year she wrote online saying, "X Factor FAIL. Too set up/scripted in my humble opinion... it’s shit. FACT! It's everything that I detest about modern western culture. Cowell is the only one who really benefits. I don't know how Simon Cowell has managed to get away with essentially copywriting the talent contest. It's beyond me, really. I've better things to do with my time than feed the nation with the notion that doing cover versions will sort your life out. I'd rather actually eat my own crap than sit next to any of those goons. Except Cheryl, obvs.”

Maybe Simon just loves a challenge and convincing Lily the show is great and she should be a part of it is a challenge indeed.

Fight the power Allen. You rule! Do not be taken over by the conspiracy. I look up to you so much right now. :)
