Lily: Don't watch my TV show!

By now you have no doubt seen the headlines everywhere declaring that Lily Allen has spoken about losing her baby and suffering from an eating disorder, but the lady herself is not very happy about how the claims have played out in the press.

The way the headlines are worded it makes you think that when Lily talks about how hard it is losing a baby that she is talking about her most recent tragedy, when she lost her unborn child at just over six months pregnant.

The quote reads, "It was a really long battle - and I think that kind of thing changes a person."

But what she is actually referring to is her first miscarriage that she sadly suffered in 2008.

The TV show, 'Riches to Rags' is due to be aired next week and in advance of that Lily has taken to her Twitter to as her fans not to watch.

She wrote, "Just a couple of things, some of you may have read about a T.V show called "Riches to Rags"(title not my idea) airing on tuesday next week. We started filming it a year ago and I feel like a completely different person that the one that features in the programme. I'm inclined to ask you not to watch it cause quite frankly I am embarrassed. On the other hand I want you all to watch it so you can see how the press coverage of it has been totally sensationalised and quotes taken out of context. I should probably know better than to write this here but I feel its the only place that my words don't get minced. That is all."

Poor Lily, it must be hard when things you said a year ago, before you'd suffered another devastating loss, come back to haunt you.
