Jail and rehab for LiLo
So, after what feels like years of Lindsay Lohan managing to evade the law and find loopholes to get off with a whole host of parole violations, the judge has had enough and sentenced her to jail.

Lindsay turned up to court no doubt fairly confident that her lawyer would once again be able to get her off the hook for missing so many of her court mandated driving and alcohol classes. But that was not the case.

The last few times Lindsay has messed up her parole terms for two past DUI's she has been given final chances such as upping her bail, making her wear an alcohol monitoring anklet and have random drugs testing.

Now if it was true, like LiLo protests, that she's not on drugs or drinking why would the judge see fit to have her monitored and basically force her to stay sober?

Lindsay has missed numerous classes and had a million excuses but the judge has had enough and sentenced her to 90 days in jail and then a further 90 days in an inpatient rehab facility.

However due to the overcrowding issue in LA prisons, she could only have to serve 23 days - but even so, maybe that will teach her a lesson and help her get her head straight?

Maybe not, since although she keeps exclaiming how seriously she is taking the whole debacle, she turned up to court with the words 'F**k U' scrawled on her nail - look closely at the picture above.

Does that seem as though she's taking it seriously?
