Kim sues ex's new girlfriend?

Well not technically but sort of. Right let us fill you in... last year US company Old Navy had an advert starring a woman called Melissa. This brunette, curvy woman jumped about singing a song about how she was a bit of a pointless celebrity and her main job was posing for pictures in magazines.

Shortly after it first aired lots of people presumed that the advert was parodying Kim Kardashian, even the company itself Tweeted that the girl in the ad looked like Kim.

At the time it was rumoured Kim wasn't best pleased, but it seems like it's only now that she's actually deciding to sue the company.

Could this have anything to do with the fact that the star of the ad, Melissa Molinaro (pictured left), is now dating Kim's ex-boyfriend Reggie Bush?
