Kelly to marry?

Kelly Osbourne has seemed more settled, happy and glowing during the last six months than she's ever been before, and now we know why.

The 23-year-old has been enjoying a relationship with 18-year-old model Luke Worall since meeting him in May of this year.

The lovebirds are barely apart and Kelly herself has admitted that's she's never been happier. And now she's sparked engagement rumours by flaunting a sparkling diamond on her ring finger.

Although Kelly has been quoted as saying, "Would I marry him? Yes, you never know. But I'm still really young so we'll have to wait and see. I really do love him, we get on so well." It seems their tender ages no longer matter.

Yes we know celebs are plagued by engagement rumours every time they have a new boyfriend but instead of denying the stories, Luke has changed his relationship status on his Facebook page to 'engaged to Kelly Osbourne'.
