Katy Cancels Shows!

It’s been just days since Russell Brand announced that he and wife Katy Perry were separating, and it seems that Katy is struggling to come to terms with the break-up as she has cancelled her appearance at the People’s Choice Awards.

Katy and notorious ladies’ man Russell wed just one year ago after a whirlwind romance.

But it wasn’t long before cracks began to show in the relationship, with Katy partying with fellow pop star Rihanna while Russell was spotted performing on tour without his wedding ring.

Since the separation Katy’s father, a pastor, has spoken out at the family’s church saying the marriage break up was a blessing.

But it seems Katy disagrees and is struggling to come to terms with the split, cancelling public appearances perhaps to avoid awkward questions about the divorce.
