Noooooooo no no, say it isn't so!

Only last week we were exclaiming our relief that at least one celebrity partnership was still going strong and there had been no whiff of infidelity yet, but rumours are swirling that all is not well in paradise!

Russell Brand and Katy Perry have been the most loved up couple we've seen for eons and they seemed genuinely well suited and ready to be together for the long-haul.

But sources say that Russell is starting to feel a bit hemmed in by one of his first ever proper relationships.

We all know in the past he was a bit of a 'ladies man' - the polite way to describe his rampant behaviour. But he has really kept himself in check since he met Katy Perry, he fell head over heels very quickly and declared her the one.

Then there was the uber romantic Indian proposal and the house hunting and furniture shopping.

But Russell is starting to backtrack apparently, finding it hard to be part of this famous 'perfect couple' and worrying that he can't keep the fidelity side of things up.

Oh how we hope it's just a small case of cold feet!
