Katie to pop the question?

When Alex Reid won Celebrity Big Brother, after we had to give him his dues for turning round public opinion in just over three weeks, our next thoughts turned to how Katie Price was going to react.

During his interview with Davina the boos every time Katie's name was mentioned were deafening, and as Katie was at the studio, she can have been in no doubt that his winning the show hasn't really done much to boost her popularity.

However, sources say that she is now planning on popping the question to Alex in a bid to rake in cash from lucrative magazine deals.

With interviews covering the engagement, shoots covering the engagement party, interviews about planning the wedding, photos of her choosing her dress, shoots of the hen and stag nights as well as the wedding and then honeymoon, sources say she could make about £2 million from the plan.

Also, with Alex coming first in Celebrity Big Brother and Katie's other ex Dane coming second, Katie says, "The two guys I've been with have been the last two (in the show). They are genuine guys, I don't go for s***heads, basically."

So at least that was a fairly positive outcome for her.

Meanwhile Pete claims he didn't watch any of Celebrity Big Brother at all, so whether his opinion of Alex has softened at all is anyone's guess.
