Katie is new X Factor judge?

All the news recently has been about the American X Factor but meanwhile the producers of the UK show have started gearing up for the upcoming season. At first there had been rumours that there might not even be a British X Factor this year but it looks like everything is going ahead as normal.

Well, kind of normal. According to reports Cheryl is still a definite on the judging panel along with Simon but there is talk of potentially adding another face to the line-up, one that will certainly stir up a lot of controversy - Katie Price!

Simon was asked this weekend what he thought about the rumours that Katie would join The X Factor. He said, "Do I want Jordan as a judge on The X Factor panel? Yeah, that could work. Why not? I like her as a person. In fact I'd even go as far as to say she's my woman of the decade."

Even the ever opinionated Sinnita chimed in saying, "Having Jordan on the panel would make interesting viewing, so I can definitely see it working. She can do anything she puts her mind to. She's got the personality that would fit the role perfectly. Simon really likes her as well. There's no denying they get along."
