Katie Price says she will never tell...

Katie Price sure knows how to stay relevant and keep her name in the headlines, but this time she is playing a dangerous game, if indeed it is a game.

When Katie said a few weeks ago that she had been raped we were pretty shocked - especially given the strange timing. Why blurt it out in your magazine column after headlines involving your new BF's latest 'film'?

Seemed a bit odd.

So then she says that Peter knew all about it, which he quickly denied.

Now in a shocking twist Katie claims that it was a famous celebrity who raped her and calls Pete 'cruel' for denying he knew who it was.

Katie then phoned a TV show to say that she would never reveal the identity of the man who raped her. And 'friends' close to Katie say that the attack was before she met Pete and was very violent.

On The Wright Stuff TV show she said, "Thanks for sticking up for me Matthew - you understand the media. I haven't just come out and said I got raped, I was actually sticking up for Alex. It come out in the newspapers that he was doing this rape thing and I stuck up for him in my OK column. I would never do something like that for sympathy. It has all got out of context, I think it is really out of order to say I would do it for sympathy I would never do that."

This story has echos of the Ulrika Jonsson scandal involving John Leslie a few years back - could this now turn into a similar witch hunt? Time will tell...
