JLo's mum emails ex Ben?

It was announced a few days ago that Jennifer Lopez and hubby of seven years, Marc Anthony, were set to divorce. Since then lots of details have been spilling out. One of the most random rumours is that Jennifer's mum Guadalupe emailed her ex-fiance Ben Affleck asking for advice!

According to reports Guadalupe has always liked and trusted Ben (pictured left with Jennifer back in 2003) the most out of all of Jennifer's partners and just popped him a little email (like you do) asking for advice on what Jennifer should do about her failing marriage to Marc.

Apparently Ben got back to Guadalupe offering 'what he could' and wishing both her and Jennifer well.

It's also been claimed by insiders that the relationship between Marc and Jennifer was not nearly as perfect as it first seemed, "It was a very bad marriage, and Jennifer got the courage to end things. Marc was a terrible husband."

Another insider added, "Jennifer actually has low self-esteem. And Marc really played into that insecurity. That's why she put up with his abuse for such a long time."

If that's true we're glad she has finally ended things.
