Trouble in paradise?

When Jennifer Lopez turned up to Brad Pitt's premiere this week without her wedding ring (see picture right) it was dismissed as nothing more than for security purposes. But now it seems stories are emerging that there could be real problems in the marriage.

An American magazine claims that things between J.Lo and husband Marc Anthony have been strained for some time. A source apparently told them that Marc has also been seen out and about without his wedding band on, "They both didn't wear their rings on purpose. Nothing Jennifer does is without purpose."

The couple, who have been married four years, welcomed twins Max and Emme 10 months ago and since then have kept a fairly low profile. However the sources claim this is because Marc is so strict with his wife, "He's very, very controlling of her. The skirts aren't as short. You don't see so much of that booty anymore."

It's also rumoured that Marc has been seen on nights out flirting up a storm. One US report claims that Marc sent drinks over to three girls on one such night out and then asked them to join him in his booth.

So far a rep for the couple has simply said, "They are doing great."
