Jen and the weirdest diet fad ever?
Jennifer Aniston has one of the most enviable bodies in showbiz, in fact she blows the starlets half her age out of the water with her long, lean legs and toned torso.
And over the years there have been many rumours about how she keeps that bod of hers looking so good, from the Atkins diet to the South Beach diet and everything in between. But sources say she's trying her wackiest eating plan yet.
Apparently Jen felt like she had put on a couple of pounds during her promo trip to Europe with Gerard Butler, and in her new movie she's conscious of the fact she needs to wear shorts and flirty little summer dresses a lot.
So Jen has enlisted the help of Madonna and Gwyneth's trainer Tracey Anderson to shape up fast. And sources say that Jen has lost seven pounds in a week by working out and eating 14 jars of baby food a day.
Yes... BABY FOOD!
Thankfully the regime includes one adult sized portion of a normal healthy dinner in the evening, thank goodness for that! |
