One year on from Jade's death

Jade Goody's mother Jackiey and husband Jack have not exactly been the best of friends since the reality TV star died a year ago but at a memorial service yesterday they tried to put their differences behind them and celebrate Jade's life.

The pair have been hounded by scandals over the last 12 months.

Jack is currently out of jail awaiting the start of a trial next month for alleged rape.

Jackiey has made no secret of her disgust at Jack's partying bachelor lifestyle, but over the weekend she was facing her own expose.

A Sunday newspaper printed pictures of her allegedly snorting copious amounts of cocaine after having already drank two bottles of wine and 14 gin and tonics.

They also claimed she had admitted to friends in Tenerife, where she now lives, that although she receives £91 a week in benefits from the government, she has separate hidden bank accounts where she stashes the money she makes from interviews.

However, the pair put on a united front in the face of the scandals and paid tribute to Jade, unveiling a new headstone at her grave.
