Heather set up?

There's been another twist in the case of Heather Locklear and the DUI arrest, turns out the main witness could have stitched the actress up.

A little background - Heather was arrested recently for driving under the influence, it was not alcohol and the narcotics tests have not yet been concluded. It was said that a witness feared for the actress's safety after just 'happening' to see her driving erratically back and forth over a pair of sunglasses. So the witness called 911 and the paps somehow managed to be in the right place at the right time.

Except, now it comes out that the witness is a former high-profile tabloid journalist, who apparently hacked into her former magazine's computer system to find details on celebs.

Rumours are now flying stateside that the witness had a vendetta against Heather and had been following her waiting for her to mess up. It's also said that she may have tipped off the paparazzi!

Honestly. you couldn't make this stuff up! The crazy world of Hollywood eh?!
