Glee in sexy shoot trouble
In case you missed the hooha late last week, let us fill you in. Glee stars Lea Michele who plays Rachel, Dianna Agron who plays Quinn and Corey Monteith who plays Finn all posed for the US version of lads' mag GQ.
The shoot was 'high school' themed with Lea and Dianna dressed as cheerleaders or in gym kits and Corey was dressed as a high school heart throb.
The sexy pics were shot by the notorious photographer Terry Richardson and angered the also notorious Parents Television Council who said they feel the shoot, "borders on paedophilia."
Of course the actors are all adults, the two women are 24 and Corey is 28, so likening a photo shoot to paedophilia is perhaps taking it a bit far.
But it was enough to scare Dianna into apologising on her blog saying that the shoot was not her idea.
And now Mark Sailing, who plays Puck in the hit show, has waded in with his opinion. He says, "Personally, I think it's not a big deal. I mean, come on! We're obviously not in high school. It's tongue-in-cheek that we're in high school, so whatevs ... There's more important things to worry about in the world."
What do you think of all the controversy? |
