Bad boy Gerard

Scots actor Gerard Butler could be in trouble with the law after allegedly attacking a paparazzi in L.A recently. The scene took place outside trendy Hollywood bar Crown around 2am.

The actor is said to have gotten into his limo whilst the pap in question followed behind in his own car. The limo then suddenly stopped and Gerard is said to have jumped out and confronted the snapper about tailing him.

What the pap said happened next was an angry exchange whereby Gerard apparently reached into the snappers car, grabbed him by the throat and "punched him three or four times". He then is said to have kicked the car and punched the guy again a few times for good measure.

So far no comments from Butler's camp but witnesses have come forward to claim the actor was provoked as the pap was driving recklessly and nearly hit several pedestrians when he began chasing the limo.
