Is Gavin fame hungry?

Is it just us or is Gavin's behaviour since the split with Charlotte a bit off? He jetted off on holiday with the boys soon after it was announced and seems to be on this new found quest for fame... where did that hunger come from?

His latest idea is to sign up for Strictly Come Dancing according to sources, and since he's not playing much rugby anymore and has no obvious means of income, perhaps money is the main factor rather than fame?

But then, at the time of the split there were lots of whispers that Gavin had grown increasingly jealous of Charlotte's successful comeback and how much her fame heightened again over a short period of time.
