David finally found his Laydeee?

Funny man David Walliams has always been a bit of an enigma, especially when it comes to his sexuality. People presume because he's so camp that he must be gay. But then he has always stated that, with a best friend and working partner who is openly gay (Matt Lucas) and in an industry were being gay is not exactly shocking, he would come out proudly were he in fact gay!

Didn't stop people questioning his sexuality constantly though.

But now he is engaged after a whirlwind romance.

The gorgeous girl who has captured his heart is supermodel of the moment Lara Stone.

Dutch Lara is 13 years younger than 38-year-old David, but since the pair got together a couple of months ago they have been inseparable.

David proposed to Lara on the way to their Christmas holiday in Mexico and both are said to be ecstatic!

They plan to marry this summer.
