Cheryl's outrage at style attack

It's safe to say that Cheryl Cole's style hasn't been generally quite as well received as last year. In fact some say that Dannii has well and truly trounced Cheryl in the style war.

And whilst the knowledge of this must hurt Cheryl's feelings a little bit, having a designer, one you worked closely with last year, attack you at a party no doubt hurts more.

According to reports Cheryl was at a party last week when top British designer Julien MacDonald approached her, a little inebriated, and went on a rant.

At first Cheryl and her friends thought he was joking when he called her a chav, but he apparently just would not let it go.

Sources say he could be heard shouting that her hair looked 'sh*t' and that her dress sense had been hideous of late.

Fellow party goers were apparently aghast at the very public unprovoked attack. Cheryl was left mortified and visibly upset so she demanded Julien get out of her face. And then she threw a few F bombs at him when he continued ranting.

Apparently that shut him up because he really didn't know what to say when she actually fought back and stuck up for herself.

What do you think of Cheryl's style this year - are you loving or loathing it?

i'm slowly going off 'Miss make my own rules who to vote for'!!! Getting too big for her boots recently. Terrible styles of dresses and what about that Minnie Mouse hairdo 2 weeks ago, someone should give her some advice or are they afraid to upset Princess Cheryl.

leave the girl alone for god-sake. Julian would need to be admitted to the priory if he had so much as a broken fingernail! In the last few month Cheryl has nearly died from Maleria - a disease which takes some people years to recover from. Her husband cheated and she has gone through a divorce. Like most people who have gone though such life trauma's shopping for a new wardrobe is probably the last thing on her mind. For me it makes me like her even more and shows she is human - Good for her to give Julian (washed out fashion designer if ever there was one!) a piece of her mind!

Common as muck, who thinks she is some kind of superstar, Nation's Ned morelike. If she was any further up Simon's *** they'd be one. I find the pair of them a total joke to watch and cannot take them seriously, they can barely comment without staring at the other for confirmation of what they say. Simon's lost his back bone, and all he does is look in adoration at Cheryl, he is besotted with her, am actually struggling to watch the X factor they must be top 5 most annoying people of 2010
