Unlike the other Mentors though, she is still juggling an ACTIVE career to be fair! However, she should never have accepted the role as an X Factor Mentor and Judge if she just doesn't have the time to commit to it fully at all times but I guess the fee she was offered swayed her decision! Nice work if you can get it!
