Is she really going to divorce?

We have been waiting to see how this story would pan out, up until now Cheryl has stayed very low key and refused to comment on the Ashley text scandal.

But then it emerged that he apparently slept with one of the women he was texting... twice!

Now sources claim Cheryl is finally over 'fighting for their love' and is facing facts that Ashley may never change.

A source said, "Cheryl is holding it together, she is extremely tough - don't forget she comes from a council estate in Newcastle and is a fighter. She loves Ashley, he is the love of her life, but there is only so much she will take."

They continued, "Cheryl is exhausted with it all. There was a point when she was going to ride it all out, but she has heard rumours of more women and cannot face it. They will split within weeks."

The couple have accrued many joint assets during their three and a half year marriage. But they didn't sign a pre-nup.

Cheryl said at the time, "I think that's defeating the point. We're getting married because we're committing ourselves to spend our lives together. No ifs and buts."
