Cheryl Set to Get Revenge?

Cheryl Cole is set to get her own back on former mentor Simon Cowell... by performing on rival talent show ‘The Voice’.

The gorgeous Geordie star has allegedly been lined up to sing on the BBC programme, which will go head-to-head with ‘Britain’s Got Talent’ this spring.

Cheryl’s manager Will.i.am, who happens to be on the judging panel of ‘The Voice’, is said to be looking forward to the taste of sweet revenge. He is quoted telling a Sunday paper: “I want her on ‘The Voice’. I mean why not? That would really p*** the big man off wouldn’t it?"

Simon believes the BBC have already “declared war” on him and ITV by airing the new show directly against ‘Britain’s Got Talent’. He reportedly said: “It is 100 per cent a declaration of war. They launched ‘The Voice’ because they don’t like ‘BGT’ and ‘X Factor’ being successful.

According to sources, Cheryl has been working on new material for months, and she is determined to reinvent herself this year.
