Charlie Sheen's wife hits back!

As you may or may not know, Charlie Sheen spent Christmas in the slammer after an alleged incident of domestic violence against his wife, the mother of his new twin sons.

Since the news broke the story has grown arms and legs, with accusations flying from both camps.

First it was rumoured that Brooke was really drunk when she called the police saying that Charlie had assaulted her.

Then it was said that this was not the first time something like this had happened, and that the couple have been on rocky ground for months.

Next up another low blow came, in the form of 'sources' saying that Charlie's wife Brooke has a problem with alcohol and had to go to rehab for her addiction when she was five months pregnant. It's then said that Charlie suspects Brooke's alcohol abuse may have had something to do with their sons being born with heart problems. Ouch!

Now Brooke's attorneys are steaming mad! The comment no the sources suggestions: "They're dead wrong. I know that's not true. I'm very familiar with the situation, and that's totally not true. She was not in rehab for alcohol abuse while pregnant. That never occurred. She's an incredible mother; it's amazing to see her with her children."

However they do go on to say that Brooke hopes for a reconciliation: "Everybody is doing well. I think the babies are doing great, and she just wants to get back with her husband. And that's the bottom line. She really does want to get back with her husband."

All sounds a bit odd to us!
