Dancing Queen Camilla quits

Strictly Come Dancing’s Camilla Dallerup has announced that she will leave the show. Camilla who won the show with partner Tom was said to have been annoyed at the way they had been treated by the judges. She also crtiticised the voting system.

“I think some people will be surprised at my decision but I feel now is the right time to go. I have to follow my dreams.

I was shocked and terribly sad at the voting problems and I did think I never want to go through this again, but that’s not the reason I’m leaving. I’d been thinking about it for several months and I made up my mind after discussing it with my best friend and manager Maria.

I need to give other things a go before I settle down and have a family. Winning the show was just the icing on the cake. I’ve always been told to leave a party when you’re having a good time.”

Camilla will still take part in the Strictly Come Dancing tour.
