Brit will cancel

Sources in the US are claiming that Britney Spears is on the verge of canceling her long awaited tour if she cannot take her children with her.

Apparently herself and ex Kevin Federline have been privately trying to organise a custody agreement which would allow the singer to set up three bases - New Orleans, LA and New Jersey where the boys would live. Britney would then commute back and forth during the tour to see her sons.

Sources are also claiming Britney will have to pay Kevin $4000 a week for the privilege. However it seems this has been arranged without the help of K.Fed's lawyers who are now fuming that they have been left out of the deal.

This in turn has thrown the whole plan up into the air. But sources claim that Brit is adamant she will NOT go on tour if her boys cannot be with her for part of it.
