Brit: Sued for picking nose?

The ex-bodyguard we told you about last year is still trying to sue Britney for $10 million for what he calls 'psychological damages'. In the court papers he claims that Britney's frequent 'sexual advances' made him very uncomfortable but her camp deny she came on to him and say that the bodyguard is just trying to make money from the Spears family, as many have tried before him.

Other tidbits from his court papers include the claims that, 'She [Britney] broke wind or picked her nose unselfconsciously and unapologetically before Plaintiff and others and she was constantly and gratuitously loud and profane in her speech.'

And this has damaged him psychologically?

The claims continue, 'She did not bathe for days on end, did not use deodorant, did not brush her teeth, did not fix her hair, did not wear shoes or socks.'

The bodyguard also describesone incident that made him uncomfortable, "She [Britney] was wearing a white lace, see-through dress. She walked over close by [plaintiff], intentionally dropped her cigarette lighter on the floor, bent over to retrieve it and thereby exposed her uncovered genitals to [plaintiff].'

Goodness gracious.
