Brit's sexual harassment

This story has been rumbling away in the background for a few months now, the tale of Britney Spears' bodyguard and his sexual harassment lawsuit. But now he has actually filed a claim and is attempting to sue the singer for the reported sum of $10 million.

Ex-bodyguard Fernando Flores quit working for Britney months and months ago but he has now decided to sue his former employer and he has made some damning allegations.

Fernando says that he was warned before he began working for Brit that she may find him attractive. He then alleges that Britney would often walk about naked in front of him and the married father of two found it very inappropriate the way she would apparently consistently proposition him with unwanted sexual advances. He says that the advances would get worse every time she split with her former manager/boyfriend Jason (pictured left).

He also made allegations about Britney's treatment of the children, sons Sean Preston and Jayden.

However Britney's spokespeople have released the following statement:

"This lawsuit is another unfortunate situation where someone is trying to take advantage of the Spears family and make a name for himself. The Department of Children and Family Services conducted a proper investigation surrounding Mr. Flores' accusations and have closed the case without any further action. Ms. Spears and her attorneys have every expectation that this matter will be dismissed by the courts."
