The conservatorship was due to end in December when Britney turns 27 but a judge ruled that Brit is 'susceptible to undue influence' therefore her father should have control potentially forever.
So what exactly does this 'control' mean? For starters 'permanent' can actually mean 'until the next court order' rather than 'forever'. But in layman's terms, Britney's dad controls her money, so even if she wants to buy a new car with her own cash it must be ok'd by her father first. It also means he is in control of her 'personal affairs' though it is not clear exactly how much he can control every move she makes.
Britney is said to have complied with the order, apparently hoping that it would help her gain more access to her children.
Do you think this is a good move or is it keeping Britney hemmed in and controlled by those around her that aided her breakdown in the first place?
