She tried to run three times?
It should have been one of the happiest days of her life, a fairytale marriage to a prince, but the royal wedding that took place on Saturday between Prince Albert of Monaco and the new Princess Charlene seems to have been fraught with issues.

According to the latest reports Princess Charlene tried to 'escape' three times before her wedding. Once in May whilst in Paris trying on her wedding dress. Then again during the Monaco Grand Prix and then finally last week when her passport was confiscated at Nice airport.

A French newspaper has claimed that the wedding only actually went ahead when Prince Albert reached an 'arrangement' of sorts with his then bride-to-be.

Not much is known about the exact specifications of the alleged arrangement but it is thought that with the news Prince Albert may have fathered two secret love children in addition to the two that have already been acknowledged, perhaps Princess Charlene's role will be to improve the image of the Prince.

It's also been claimed in French newspapers that, because the children he already has are out of wedlock, they cannot be considered rightful heirs to the throne. Therefore Princess Charlene will perhaps be expected to produce an heir very soon as part of the rumoured arrangement.

Of course at this point it's all just speculation, but onlookers at the wedding who saw the young bride burst into heartbreaking sobs on numerous occasions have been left wondering how long it will be until she attempts to 'escape' again.
