Shock X Factor Twist!
It’s only the first week of the live shows and already rumours are rife that this week’s episode of The X Factor will see not one but four eliminations on Sunday evening’s show!
The 16 acts will no doubt be nervous as they take to the stage for the first time on Saturday night. And now rumours are flying that not only will four acts be eliminated, but there will be no public vote – instead it will be each of the mentors sending home one of their own acts.
Many fans of the show were hopeful that there would be a repeat of last year’s ‘wild card’ scenario, where judges were allowed to bring back a rejected contestant to their category before the live shows. However it seems this alleged twist would see the show become crueller than ever.
It's reported that the judges think this shock move will make the performers up their game for the competition, but is it fair on the contestants to have so much pressure this early on? And who do you think will go? |
